Conforming 30 Year Fixed (up to $417,000) is at 5.25% with FHA at 5.5% and High Balance 30 Year Fixed ($417,000 to $729,750) are at 5.75% with FHA the same. Jumbo loans (over $729,750) are available with 25% down for 3,5,7 and 10 year fixed. Jumbo 5 Year Fixed is at 5.875% today. A couple of lenders are now offering these jumbo programs again.
